Fine Impact Crusher Introduction:

It is specially used in the area of artificial sand making, and it is the substitutes of the rod mill, and the vertical shaft sand making. Moreover, it is widely used in the areas of chemical ,building material, metallurgy, mining, coal, sand crushing and refractory material, especially for crushing the materials of the medium hardness, such as limestone, cement clinker, iron ore, shale, dolomite, granite, gypsum, and mix materials, etc.
Working principles:
During operation, fine impact crusher is driven by the motor which makes the rotor revolve in high speed. When the materials are sent into the first cavity, it will be impacted by the hammer; and then be smashed into the second fine cavity for crushing, finally it is discharged out.

1. The reasonable multi-cavity crushing room combination, and the new convenient bitonality structure, can guarantee 85% material granularity size is below 5mm, the product granularity are fine and even;
